If you fill out a form on Get Matched or contact us another way, you are asking us to help find spaces that may fit what you need. You decide whether to tour, compare, or sign anything with an operator.

We share your information with workspace operators that appear relevant to your request. This is a core part of the service. If we did not share your request details, operators would not be able to tell you whether they have a space that may fit.

The information shared may include your contact details and the workspace details you gave us, such as city, budget range, team size, timing, and workspace preferences. We do not sell your information as a general contact list. We share it for the purpose of helping you find workspace options through our matching service.

Once your information is shared with an operator, that operator may handle your information under its own privacy practices. If you are unsure how an operator will use your information, ask them directly before moving forward.

You can choose not to provide certain information, but that may limit our ability to match you well. If you do not want operators to contact you, you can tell us, but that may also reduce the usefulness of the service.

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or ask us to delete your information from our active records. We will do our best to honor those requests within a reasonable time, except where we need to keep limited information for recordkeeping, fraud prevention, or similar business reasons.

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably useful for handling your request, improving our service, and keeping basic business records. We do not keep personal information forever by default. Retention can vary depending on the type of request and whether there has been recent activity.
